About the EBLIP Publishing Manual

Page history last edited by Richard Hayman 4 years, 4 months ago

Purpose

This EBLIP Publishing Manual’s purpose is to gather in one place the style and formatting guidelines, copyediting requirements, editorial workflow, and publishing information for the peer-reviewed, open access journal Evidence Based Library and Information Practice.

Responsibility

The Manual is maintained by the Lead Copyeditor in consultation with the Editorial Team and copyediting team.

History

Priscilla Stephenson wrote the first manual in 2007. Lindsay Glynn created the Background portion of the manual in 2008 with input from the journal Editorial Team. In June 2011 Heather Pretty made a significant update to the Manual, including migrating the Manual to wiki format with help from Linda Ferguson in January 2012. Richard Hayman revised the Manual with a significant update in 2019.
